This year is our third year without our beloved Thomas and our hearts continue to hurt. Sadly, suicide continues to be the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.
Thomas loved his swimming, spending so many hours training in the pool and at the beach. It gave us so much joy to watch his hard work and passion take him to so many great places and have success.
This March, I'm swimming in Thomas’s memory to raise funds for ReachOut in their aim to make sure young people in Australia have the mental health support they urgently need.
By sponsoring my challenge, you’ll be helping to prevent youth suicide.
All funds raised will help young people feel better about today and the future, no matter what challenge they're facing.
