We would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of Country throughout Australia. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to Elders past, present and emerging as well as to those who are swimming with us. We recognise connection to Country as integral to health and wellbeing. Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.

We also acknowledge all people who have a personal experience with mental illness. The voice of people with mental illness is essential in the development and delivery of what we do through Laps for Life and ReachOut Australia.
