I'm swimming to save lives

  • This is my third year diving

  • in for youth mental health

Suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia, surpassing both car accidents and cancer.

Mental health and suicide prevention is close to my heart, after having lost both by brothers, Mark and Daniel to mental illness and suicide.

It’s March, so I'm swimming to raise funds to help young people in Australia access mental health support which may save their life.
