I'm swimming to save lives
- This is my first year diving
- in for youth mental health
Did you know that suicide is the leading cause of death among young Australians?
Each year, more young lives are lost to suicide than to car accidents or cancer.
This challenge is incredibly personal for me. I have a close family member with a disability who suffers greatly from anxiety and other conditions. Watching their daily struggles has shown me how vital proper mental health support is.
This March, I’m taking on a challenging swim to raise funds so that every young person in Australia, and families like mine, can access the support they desperately need. By sponsoring my swim, you’re not only supporting this physical challenge but also helping to create a safety net for those battling mental health issues every day.
Together, we can make a real difference, offering hope and better care for those who need it most.
All funds raised will help young people feel better about today and the future, no matter what challenge they're facing.
