Why I'm doing this x

  • This is my first year diving

  • in for youth mental health
This March I’m taking on the challenge of swimming 20km to raise funds for ReachOut, an organisation dedicated to mental health and suicide prevention. Although, it is difficult to think and even write about this, I know how overwhelming life can feel and how important it is to have support during those darkest moments. This cause is deeply personal to me as I have faced my own battles with depressive and suicidal thoughts in the past. No one should feel alone or beyond help. That’s why my aim is to raise awareness, provide resources, and help others find hope when they need it most.
My goal is to raise $250 (£125), and every donation, no matter how small makes a massive difference. If you’re able to contribute, it would mean the world, both to me and to those who rely on these life-saving services, like I did.
