I'm swimming to save lives
- This is my second year diving
- in for youth mental health
Did you know suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia?
That means that each year more young people die by suicide than in car accidents or from cancer.
This March, I'm swimming to make sure young people in Australia have the mental health support they urgently need.
By sponsoring my challenge, you’ll be helping to prevent youth suicide.
All funds raised will help young people feel better about today and the future, no matter what challenge they're facing.
First splash of the month
First official laps recorded today. 800m gained with a fair few more laps to go to achieve my goal of 15kms!! 😅 Great feeling to be back in the pool and even better feeling seeing those donations flowing through supporting ReachOut and youth mental health.Second year kicking off!
I am proud to be diving back into the pool March 2025 with LapsforLife in support of ReachOut and youth mental health.
Last year I accomplished my goal of swimming 10kms and raising just over $1,000 for this amazing cause.
For my second year I will be setting myself the challenge to achieve 15kms in the pool and hope to raise $1,400 towards supporting youth mental health with ReachOut Australia, the most accessed online mental health service for young people and their parents in Australia.
