As someone who has both seen and experienced mental illness, it’s not an easy thing to battle. Each year, more young Australians lose their life to suicide than on the roads or by cancer.
This March, I’m swimming to urge people to speak up; mental health isn’t a weakness. By sponsoring me, you’ll be helping to prevent youth suicide.
All funds raised will go towards helping young people find the support they need and feel better about the today and the future, no matter what they are going through🩵
