Catchup swim
I put 31km as my target as a damaged shoulder meant it’s been a couple of years since I’ve had a decent swim. I’ve attempted 1.5km each day to show my support to those who donate. Long work days saw me take a break and the aim was to catch-up my laps this evening. Turns out the pool shuts early on Saturdays but I managed to get 2km in. Will do a big swim over the next day or so to make up the difference
We’re swimming to save lives
Did you know suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia?
That means that each year more young people die by suicide than in car accidents or from cancer.
This March, we’re swimming to make sure young people in Australia have the mental health support they urgently need.
By sponsoring our challenge, you’ll be helping to prevent youth suicide.
All funds raised will help young people feel better about today and the future, no matter what challenge they're facing.
Our Impact
So far this year we helped provide...

285
Young people with vital mental health support.
