This March, I’m joining my team at Paul Sadler Swimland Ringwood for Laps for Life, an incredible event supporting ReachOut Australia. Laps for Life is all about swimming laps to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health, helping ensure young people have someone to turn to when times get tough. 💙 Every day, I’m surrounded by young people. I see their courage, their growth, their little wins. But I also know that not everything they carry is visible & not every struggle shows up on the surface. After hearing of the passing of a beautiful, determined girl, Elizabeth, who I had the pleasure of meeting and teaching during my time at Rowville, it inspired me to make a difference in any way I can. This month, the laps aren’t just laps. They’re for the kids quietly doing it tough. They’re for families navigating hard seasons.
