Laps for Life 2026 Prize and Fundraising Incentive Give-aways Terms and Conditions

These Prizes and Fundraising Incentive Give-aways are being organised by ReachOut Australia; (ABN 27 075 428 787), of Suite 11.02, 323 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.  

Anyone can register to become a participant in Laps for Life 2026 (LFL 2026), you may be eligible to go into a draw to receive a prize and/or receive fundraising incentives give-aways which are subject to these terms and conditions:

 

  1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a “LFL 2026 Team” is defined as a “Team” as shown on your LFL 2026 participant dashboard on the LFL 2026 website.
  2. All eligible participants will be selected to receive a Fundraising Incentive Give-away based on criteria in these terms and conditions.
  3. Those eligible for a Prize will be notified via phone and email (Team Captain notified where a Team is the winner).
  4. Prizes must be collected within 15 days of notification.
  5. You acknowledge that ReachOut Australia and the providers of the prizes make no warranties or representations in relation to the prizes.
  6. You agree to accept collection of any prizes you are eligible for as required by Reachout Australia or the provider of the fundraising incentive give-away.
  7. Prizes are not transferrable for cash.
  8. All eligible prize entries will be entered into the draw and winners will be selected randomly.
  9. You have read and understood Reachout Australia’s Privacy Collection Statement and Privacy Policy and consent to your personal information being retained and used in accordance with ReachOut Australia’s Privacy Policy.
  10. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and you are legally entitled to take ownership of the prizes.
  11. Any contests or disputes regarding the Prizes will be resolved by ReachOut Australia representatives only and that decision is final.
  12. Except where stated otherwise, you agree to bear any additional costs involved in claiming or using the prizes.
  13. Delivery, Substitution and Unclaimed Prizes: The prize/s of a promotional game must be delivered within a month of when the winner was decided. This does not apply if the winner agrees, in writing, that it can be delivered more than a month later or after making all reasonable efforts, the person conducting the promotional game cannot locate the prize winner.

 

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Draw One: Collect 6 badges on the dashboard by 11:59pm (AEST) 31 March 2026, and go in the draw to win a REBEL voucher valued at $300. This will be drawn at 12pm, 7 April 2026.

  2. Draw Two: For every person that you invite to participate in Laps for Life 2026 you will enter in the draw to win a Flight Centre travel voucher valued at $2,000. Entries close 11:59pm (AEST) 10 March 2026. This will be drawn at 12pm, 17 March 2026.

  3. Draw Three: Raise a minimum of $350 by 11:59pm (AEST) 31 March 2026 and you’ll automatically be entered into a draw to win a Coles Voucher valued at $500. This will be drawn at 12pm, 7 April 2026.
  4. Draw Four: Log your first swim session via your Laps for Life 2026 dashboard in the first week of March to be automatically entered into a draw to win Swim Headphones valued at $300. The first swim must be logged by 11:59pm (AEST) 8 March to be eligible. This will be drawn at 12pm, 10 March 2026.

  5. Draw Five: Receive a minimum of 5 donations to your Laps for Life 2026 online fundraising page between 8am (AEST) Monday 16 March and 11:59pm (AEST) Friday 20 March 2026 to be automatically entered into a draw to win a 1 Year Pool Membership to a venue of your choosing up to the value of $1000. Donation minimum during the competition period is $10. This will be drawn at 12pm, 24 March 2026. 

  1. Draw Six: Complete the survey by 11:59pm (AEST) Wednesday 15 April 2026 to be automatically entered into a draw to win a Visa Eftpos Card valued at $200. This will be drawn at 12pm, 21 April 2026.

FUNDRAISING INCENTIVE GIVE-AWAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Registration: register for LFL 2026 and you will be eligible to receive a standard swim cap.

  2. Self-donation: if you made a self-donation of $35 or more on your LFL 2026 fundraising page within 24 hours of registration, you will be eligible to receive a premium swim cap whilst there is stock available. 
  1. Self-donation: if you made a self-donation within 7 days of registration after 12 January 2026, your donation will be matched until the donation pool is exhausted. Maxmimum dollar donation amount to be matched during the dollar match period is $245. To be eligible, donations must be made during the registration flow, within the self-donation tab within the dashboard and/or using the same email address as your registration. 
  1. Laneglider: raise at least $100 on your LFL 2026 Fundraising page and claim prize from with in your dashboard before 11:59pm, 10 April 2026 you will be eligible to receive a pair of goggles. 
  1. Aquastar: raise at least $250 on your LFL 2026 Fundraising page and claim prize from with in your dashboard before 11:59pm, 10 April 2026 and you will be eligible to receive a tote bag.

  2. Superfish: raise at least $500 on your LFL 2026 Fundraising page and claim prize from with in your dashboard before 11:59pm, 10 April 2026 and you will be eligible to receive a hat.

  3. Laps Legend: raise at least $750 on your LFL 2026 Fundraising page and claim prize from with in your dashboard 11:59pm, 10 April 2026 and you will be eligible for a wet bag.

  4. Thorpey’s Heroes: raise at least $1,000 on your LFL 2026 Fundraising page and claim prize from with in your dashboard before 11:59pm, 10 April 2026 and you are eligible to receive a VIP Hoodie, a shout out on the event Facebook group, recognition on the leader board via an emblem, recognition in an email, a VIP zoom night with a service-related representative to talk about how the funds are used, a VIP badge on the dashboard and a new designed donation page, and appearance on the hall of fame on the website.

  5. Laps Gold Medal Club: raise over $2,000 on your LFL 2026 Fundraising page before 11:59pm, 10 April 2026 and you are eligible to receive a gold medal and have a permanent place on the hall of fame on the website.

 

MATCHED DONATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Dollar match one: Every dollar donated to your fundraising page from 10am (AEST) Thursday 26 February 2026, will be matched until the donation pool is exhausted. Maxmimum dollar donation amount to be matched during the dollar match period is $300.

  2. Dollar match two: Every dollar donated to your fundraising page from 10am (AEST) Thursday 12 March 2026, will be matched until the donation pool is exhausted. Maxmimum dollar donation amount to be matched during the dollar match period is $300.

  3. Dollar match three: Every dollar donated to your fundraising page from 10am (AEST) Thursday 26 March 2026, will be matched until the donation pool is exhausted. Maxmimum dollar donation amount to be matched during the dollar match period is $300.
