Laps for Life 2025 - Prize Terms and Conditions
(NSW, ACT, TAS, QLD, NT, SA, WA)    

1 December 2024 to 31 March 2025 - Collect 6 badges and win

1. This promotion is open to all Laps for Life participants who are a resident in Australia and who collect 6 or more badges between 12:01 am (AEDT) 1 November 2024 and 11.59pm (AEDT) 31 March 2025.
2. Winner will be selected via random draw to receive 1 x of 3 Laps for Life Hooded Towels (one size). 
3. ReachOut Australia employees and related parties of ReachOut Australia including Directors, management,employees, contractors (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities or any of the Promoter’s agents including sponsors directly involved in the Competition (as determined by the Promoter) are ineligible to enter.
4. The winner's data will be pulled from registrations. 
5. This draw will be publicised via email. 
6. This competition period commences 12:01 am (AEDT) 1 December 2024 and concludes 11.59pm (AEDT) 31 March 2025. 
7. This data will drawn at approximately 11:00am (AEDT) on Thursday 3 April 2025, located at ReachOut Australia Office.
8. ReachOut Australia does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent a registration being processed in time or that cause a disparity between the time the registration is recorded on the event system and the time shown on your registration confirmation. 9. Prize Details: There is three (3) prizes to be won:

 1 x of 3 Laps for Life Hooded Towels (one size).

10. ReachOut Australia shall notify the winners on Thursday 3 April 2025 via email or telephone. Laps for Life may publish the names of each winner on the Laps for Life  website and/or on our social media accounts.
11. If the prize is not claimed in writing by Thursday 10 April the prize may be forfeited and ReachOut Australia may award prize to another entrant, drawn randomly in the same manner as set out in clause 4.
12. ReachOut Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
13. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products and is not transferable. The prize can only be claimed by verbal or written acceptance by the winner.
14. ReachOut Australia reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes if necessary due to unavailability of the notified prizes.

1 December 2024 to 14 March 2025 - Team up and win

1. This promotion is open to all Laps for Life participants who are a resident in Australia, who create a team with 2 or more members, and whose team has raised over $10 between 12:01 am (AEDT) 1 December 2024 and 11.59pm (AEDT) 14 March 2025.
2. Winner will be selected via random draw to receive 1 x $1000 Flight Centre Voucher and custom shirts for their team (custom shirts for a maximum of 10 team members).
3. ReachOut Australia employees and related parties of ReachOut Australia including Directors, management,employees, contractors (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities or any of the Promoter’s agents including sponsors directly involved in the Competition (as determined by the Promoter) are ineligible to enter.
4. The winner's data will be pulled from registrations.

1. This promotion is open to all Laps for Life participants who are a resident in Australia and who wear blue, share a picture on their Instagram feed and tag Laps for Life between 12:01 am (AEDT) Saturday 8 March 2025 and 11.59pm (AEDT) Sunday 9 March 2025. The post must be public and Laps for Life must be tagged along with #LapsforLifeAquaWeekend.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. By entering the competition, participants agree to allow their entry to be shared on our social media channels.
4. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. 
5. The participant must have their instagram account set to public in order for ReachOut to view the post.
6. The most creatively colourful aqua day post will be selected to receive 1 x Rebel Sports Voucher.
