We’re swimming to save lives
At Paul Sadler Swimland Ringwood we are passionate about saving lives around water as well as out of water.
We are doing laps for life because we believe everyone should have access to resources and help when they need or require it.
We hope by raising more awareness around mental health we can create a positive impact on anyone who may be struggling.

So far We’ve raised $496 to provided 123.935 young people experiencing mental health difficulties with vital support.
