Help me help our youth
Each year I swim my age for Laps for Life. This year would be 45km. 2026 won’t work out like that as I am currently undergoing treatment for Breast cancer and with a port in my chest for treatment, that’s a lot of laps just doing breast stroke or kick.
So I am asking you to be a part of my team this year. Help me swim the 45km and use our networks to raise the funds.
Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.
More than 1 in 3 are experiencing mental health difficulties, yet over a million are not getting the support they need.
ReachOut provides anonymous, free and 100% online services so young people can find a safe place to connect, share and get help when life feels overwhelming.
We're taking part in Laps for Life to make sure these vital services are always there. Please donate to our fundraiser and help more young people get the support they deserve.
