I'm swimming to help those without support
Suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.
More than 1 in 3 young Australians are struggling with their mental health, and over a million aren’t getting the support they need.
That’s why I’m taking part in Laps for Life.
ReachOut provides free, anonymous, 100% online support so young people always have somewhere safe to turn when life feels overwhelming.
