Every Lap Counts
This March, I’m swimming 20km for Laps for Life. Suicide takes far too many young lives and after losing two friends recently, this cause sits incredibly close to my heart.
More than 1 in 3 young people are experiencing mental health difficulties, yet over a million aren't getting the support they need.
