We’re swimming to save lives
The three of us are swimming this march to raise money for youth mental health!
Beckie, Abi and Dad (Tim) and have been swimming together twice a week down at the local pool and have been really enjoying it! It's a great way to ensure we are spending time together regularly whilst moving our bodies and having some fun.
We have found swimming together a few times a week has been really beneficial for our mental health and we look forward to raising money to help others with mental health struggles too!
Our Impact
