If 20km in the pool can save even 1 life, we're diving in.
Suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia. More than 1 in 3 are experiencing mental health challenges — and over a million aren’t getting the support they need.
That’s not something we can sit quietly with.
Throughout March, Peter & I are committing to swim 20km each for Laps for Life.
That’s 400 laps of a 50m pool each.
Consistency. Early mornings. Sore shoulders. No excuses.
We’re doing it to support ReachOut — an incredible organisation providing free, anonymous, 100% online mental health support so young people can find help when life feels overwhelming.
This isn’t just about kilometres in the pool.
It’s about showing up.
It’s about backing young Australians.
It’s about making support accessible when it matters most.
If you’re in a position to donate, we would genuinely value your support. Every dollar helps ReachOut continue delivering life-changing services to those who need it.
Thank you for standing/kicking with us — and for helping turn laps into impact. 💙
