Before I start this blog, I want to thank all of you for supporting me on this journey. Never would I have thought that this many people cared about me and supported me this much. All of you have chipped in and have helped many kids get the help they need. And being on only day 2 of this fundraiser, we have already raised $660+ which is astonishing to me. I love you all.

Anyways, I want to talk about my main point about this blog, pushing yourself. When I started this campaign I knew that I had to swim a lot and I’m practicing by preparing myself for swimming a total of 20km during the month of March. I’m usually going to my local aquatic centre in Tasmania to swim 3km each session. And usually during these sessions the first 1km goes really well, but then the next 2km go really slow. And this is because of me being burnt out and tired, along with some acid reflux occuring. But I push myself knowing that all of you have my back and I’m doing it for a cause, to help the children.

Without everyone’s support I wouldn’t have pushed myself to swim 3km every session. And you guys are the reason I wake up in the morning ready to dive in.
