The Metamorphosis. Mental health isn't received ideally as you would hope.
Raise awareness of the misconception of how mental health is received from family or friends. The book Metamorphis describe a man turning to an insect, but the underlying theme is how when a man goes from being considered useful and a provider, to useless and not being able to provide, the attitude and behaviour from friends and family begin to drastically change. Psychiatrist in Australia, when phoned for booking, you are instructed, " try next year, and we will see if we can get you in". This is unacceptable and blatant negligence from our government.
