ReachOut provides anonymous, free and 100% online services so young people can find a safe place to connect, share and get help when life feels overwhelming.

Struggling with Mental Illnesses & Health for a large portion of my life, asking for help felt extremely difficult as it wasn't openly taught and was a closed topic for me growing up. Later on I got the opportunity to seek for the help that was much needed and was supported by my sisters to continue for many years. I no longer need help on an extreme level as much now but I am in a much healther mindset for the struggles of day to day life. I will always be grateful to the people who took the time to listen and the support of my Sisters.
