Did you know suicide is the leading cause of death for young people in Australia? More than 350 people between the ages of 18-24 take their own lives every year in Australia.
To put in into perspective that’s like your entire year at school taking there own lives every single year.
This March, we swimming to raise suicide awareness and get the word out there to speak up if you’re going through a rough patch or dealing with the black dog. It’s so important to go and get the help that is so often overlooked.
By sponsoring our challenge, you’ll be helping to prevent youth suicide and break down the stigma around seeking help.
