Smashed my second swimming session

Hey everyone So today was day 2 (yesterday I had multiple appointments and unfortunately couldn’t make it) I am so proud of myself today, I swam another 1km and out of the 50 laps, I actually swam 40 of them!! I even have photo and video proof with thanks to my amazing and supportive husband!! Thanks everyone who are following along, I promise I am going to smash this goal and I’m having such a great time!!

First swim completed!!

First “swim” done for Laps for Life! Half way through, I did consider increasing my 14km goal but might see how I shape up tomorrow! I will admit, it does feels good to get in a pool and move the body even with injuries! I might have a completely shredded Achilles tendon on my right side but I won’t let that stop me from achieving this goal, it means way too much to me!
