Why I swim
I'm swimming this March to raise conversation and to support those battling mental illnesses. I understand that finding the courage to speak up isn’t always easy, which is why supporting a cause that helps others feel seen, heard, or understood means so much to me. Feel free to donate as much or as little as you wish and please remember to check in on your friends and reach out for support, it is a sign of strength.
I'm swimming to save lives
I’m swimming 20km in Laps for Life for anybody out there who may be struggling in silence. Mental health challenges are incredibly common, yet they’re still not always easy to talk about and no one should have to face them alone.
This is my first year participating and supporting a cause that helps make conversations around mental health safer and more open. Funds raised through ReachOut Australia help provide young people with access to support, resources, and connection when they need it most.
If you’re able to donate or share this page, it would mean a lot. Any contribution helps :))
