Making Waves for Mental Health
We are the Mindful Mermaids — swimming to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and support mental health. Just like the ocean, the mind can be calm, powerful, and sometimes unpredictable. Every lap we swim represents compassion, connection, and the belief that no one should struggle alone.
By making waves together, we’re raising funds to support mental health services and remind everyone that it’s okay to pause, breathe, and ask for help. Thank you for supporting our journey — every donation helps create ripples of hope, healing, and understanding.
