Woke up in a good head space so set a 2k goal early this morning. Feeling stronger and fitter. Being in the water is a great way to stay focused on ONE task at a time. 🏊♀️
We’re swimming to save lives
Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people in Australia. We are raising money for young people like Meriam.
Young people, even at the best of times struggle through lie trying to make sense of their world. We don't always know, they don't always share.
ReachOut provides anonymous, free and 100% online services so young people can find a safe place to connect, share and get help when life feels overwhelming.
We're taking part in Laps for Life to make sure these vital services are always there. Please donate to our fundraiser and help more young people get the support they deserve.
