Why I swim
I’m swimming this March because too many young lives are lost to suicide. Every lap I swim will help make sure there’s a safe place for young people to turn when life feels overwhelming.
I'm swimming for the youth of australia
This March, I will be taking part in Laps for Life for the second year, swimming 50km to raise money for youth mental health programs. This cause is incredibly close to my heart, and I’m passionate about doing everything I can to support young people who are struggling. We are in the middle of a mental health crisis, 1 in 4 adolescents are experiencing a mental health condition or illness. Despite this, many young people lack the awareness, resources, and support they need to get through difficult times. Every donation, no matter the size, can make a difference — helping to provide counselling, programs, and support for those who might not otherwise have access. Together, we can help young people feel heard, supported, and less alone during some of their toughest moments. If you can, please support me and help young people get the help they deserve. Every little bit counts. 💙My Swim Progress
