Almost all of us know someone who has struggled in silence. Some of us ARE that someone. Mental health and suicide continue to impact families and communities at an alarming rate, and it’s only growing. In a world of constant stimulation, endless distraction and dopamine hits on demand, it’s no surprise so many people, especially young people, feel lost, unseen, or alone. This is something I've seen first hand and care deeply about. This March, I’m taking on the Laps for Life challenge to help raise awareness and support those who need it most. I’ve set myself the goal of swimming 50km across the entire month - that’s 1,000 laps of a 50m pool. My goal is to raise $1,000, the equivalent of $1 per lap. All donations go directly to ReachOut Australia, supporting vital mental health resources and services for young people and their families. If you’re able to donate, share this page, or simply follow along, thank you for the support. Every lap is for someone who feels unheard. Every dollar helps remind someone they’re not alone.
