I am a mother of 5 beautiful kids, I’ve suffered and still struggle with the black dog, I’ve tried numerous of times to end my life, each minute was a struggle and the long black thoughts seem to be stronger than any other thought that any loved ones tell us. Pls reach out, take each minute of the day to breath and every second to live. Suicide is the only thought that comes stronger than any other, it’s not because I am weak, but because the pain I feel is just too strong. Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.
