Why I swim
I’m swimming this March because too many young lives are lost to suicide. Every lap I swim will help make sure there’s a safe place for young people to turn when life feels overwhelming.
I'm swimming to provide mental health support for young people x
One young person dies by suicide every day in Australia, and many more experience mental health challenges without knowing where to turn.
ReachOut provides free, anonymous, 24/7 expert care and support for young people experiencing mental health challenges; and helps them get the care that they need.
Every dollar raised helps ReachOut continue their life-saving, life-changing work with young people in Australia. Thank you so much for helping me to support such an important cause!
