Why I swim
I swim to remember what steadiness feels like. The water gives me a place to breathe, to move, and to reconnect with myself when life gets loud. Every lap is a small act of choosing to keep going — with clarity, with kindness, and with purpose. This month, I’m swimming for young people who are struggling in silence. Mental health shouldn’t be a battle fought alone. If my laps can help create even one moment of safety, support, or hope for someone who needs it, then every early morning and tired muscle is worth it. I’m swimming for strength, for softness, and for the people who haven’t yet found their way back to the surface. Thank you for supporting this cause and helping make a real difference.
I swim to come back to myself
This year I’m swimming for Laps for Life 2026, raising funds for youth mental health.
For me, swimming is grounding. It’s where the noise settles and I can breathe again. I know how important it is to have something that helps you stay afloat, especially when words aren’t enough.
Every lap is for young people who deserve support, understanding, and hope.
If you’re able to donate or share, it truly means the world. 🤍
