Why I swim
I am swimming this March to help all of the kids that are struggling through tough times. This month I am aiming to swim 600 laps in a 25 meter pool to help all of the kids that need more help than me. My goal is to raise 500 dollars to children that can’t afford to talk to a professional therapist.
I'm swimming to save lives
Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people in Australia.
More than 1 in 3 are experiencing mental health difficulties, yet over a million are not getting the support they need.
ReachOut provides anonymous, free and 100% online services so young people can find a safe place to connect, share and get help when life feels overwhelming.
I’m taking part in Laps for Life to make sure these vital services are always there. Please donate to my fundraiser and help more young people get the support they deserve.

My Updates
First swim for laps for life
Today I swam 1.75 km and felt great that I was helping someone in need. This swim made me feel better about a persons life. Not only do I feel better that I am helping someone, I am also getting better at swimming long distances for me to finish my goal as fast as possible so I could potentially save a childs life before it is too late.
