We’re swimming to save lives
To support the CWS Health and Wellbeing program, we have registered a team for Laps for Life in March.
What are the benefits?
1. Swimming and exercise are proven ways to reduce stress.
2. Setting a challenge gives focus and motivation.
3. Being part of a community (or a team) helps you feel connected.
Taking part in Laps for Life is a chance to do something positive for yourself, while making a real difference for young people who need support.
The Proserpine and Airlie Beach lagoon are free to use, so grab your mates and swim some laps to support youth mental health.
We have set a fundraising target of $2500. All Donations made go directly to ReachOut Australia - Reachout Australia is a national mental health charity that provides free online support, information and resources to help young people and their families navigate mental health challenges. If you wish to contribute, please follow the prompts to make a donation.
