Hi i am swimming this March to create some awarenes and gather donations for Reach Out (for People that are in need) as good mental health is vital for All . exercise can be a great relaxant and stimulates sleep , sleep is important to recover from the days events. give it a try and swimm if you can 5 laps   or Ten , just get in the water and walk a few laps too  as i do.   All the best and don,t worry its not that cold in the Pool   : )  Regards Claudio
