We’re swimming to save lives
I’m taking part in Laps for Life to help raise funds and awareness for youth suicide prevention, a cause that means so much to me. Too many young people struggle in silence, and organisations like this provide lifesaving support, counselling, and hope when it’s needed most. Every lap I swim is for a young person who deserves to feel supported, understood, and valued. If you’re able to donate or share this page, you’re helping fund critical mental health services and reminding young people that they are never alone.
