Suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people in Australia, and more than 1 in 3 are experiencing mental health challenges. Sadly, over a million young people aren’t getting the support they need.
That’s where ReachOut comes in. They provide free, anonymous, 100% online support so young people have a safe place to connect, vent, and get help when life feels overwhelming.
We’re swimming in Laps for Life to help make sure these services are always there.
