We’re diving back into the pool this March for Laps for Life 🏊♂️💙
As former swimmers and swim coaches, we’ve spent years on pool decks watching young people grow in confidence and resilience. That’s why youth mental health is something close to our hearts.
Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people in Australia. More than 1 in 3 are experiencing mental health difficulties, yet over a million aren’t getting the support they need.
ReachOut Australia provides anonymous, free and 100% online support so young people always have somewhere safe to turn when life feels overwhelming.
We're taking part in Laps for Life to raise awareness and do what we can to support this cause.
