Laps for Life is set over the month of March as the frequency of swimming sessions is just as important as the distance. 10–12 swim sessions in a month will give you wellbeing benefits without causing burn-out. Perhaps, build up the number of laps in each session as the month progresses and your stamina improves!

Whether freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or butterfly is your choice spend some time in the pool brushing up on your strokes. If you need supports such as kick boards, floaties, etc. – go for your life – there are no rules stopping you using these in Laps for Life. Get in and have some fun. Any stroke will do!
