SWIM TO SAVE LIVES THIS MARCH

Get in the water this March, and swim to support young people in Australia living with mental health difficulties.

1 in 4 people aged 14–25 live with mental health difficulties. 70% of them don’t seek help. And, suicide remains the leading cause of death of young people in Australia – more young people in Australia die each year by suicide than in car accidents or from cancer.

That means that every day more than one young person in Australia takes their own life. That’s one too many.

This March, set yourself a challenge – whether you’re just starting out, or aiming for a personal best (or even a squad goal) and join Laps for Life. You can take part from anywhere across Australia, at any age or fitness level.
