Set your goal by diving into the beginner, intermediate, advanced or freestyle lane.
Share your challenge with friends, family and colleagues and raise funds to prevent youth suicide.
Get in the pool and start your laps.
Log in to your profile regularly to record your progress and keep your sponsors up-to-date with your progress.
